Job Description
Are you passionate about financial analysis and driving business growth? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at TOMRA Food. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting decision-making processes, collaborating with various departments, and optimizing financial performance within the Americas business area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making within the Americas business area.
- Partner closely with the head of the business area and regional leadership team, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in alignment with overall financial strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and their impact on financial results.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and internal control procedures, and monitor data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate various reports and assist with monthly and annual closing processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you bring:
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software,
- Strong experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience with proprietary ERP/CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to thrive in an open office environment.

For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for the position is $71,840 - $89,800 depending on experience.
