This role will focus on finance partnership and support to Blackbaud IT and IECO (Hosting) organizations. The self-motivated Financial Analyst will work cross-functionally to analyze, model and provide decision support the 3rd party vendor spend in these organizations. The analyst will partner with Procurement and other FP&A partners to drive the success and maturity of the Vendor Cost Management Project Accelerate program.
Responsibilities include:
Coordination and partnership across Senior Leadership to drive analysis, reporting and forecasting of our companies 3rd party spend portfolio.
Lead finance partner supporting short and long-range forecasts tied to 3rd party vendor spend across Outside services, Contractors and Hardware Software, Capex.
Develop and drive economic and Long Range models for top vendor spend.
Partner on development and management of analytics and reporting dashboard related to Workday, Forecast models and Vendor Cost Management Program reporting.
Lead on Financial close and Month-end reporting.
Develops and implements procedures and processes related to the assigned projects.
Lead efforts related to BI and QLIK projects as needed.
Required Experience:
A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Data) from an accredited four-year college or university.
2-5 years proven success in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Experience modeling and driving operational improvements tied to expense management for a publicly traded company
Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects across systems and teams
Experience managing procurement activities related to contracts and vendor spend a plus
Experience in data analysis and data architecture
Strong personal and interactive skills with all levels of management
Strong Microsoft Suite Skills
Experience in Tableau and or other Data and BI tools a plus

The starting base pay is $53,400.00 to $70,300.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.Benefits Include:
