Job Description:
Camilla Management Co. is looking to hire a contract Financial Analyst to work alongside our CEO and COO to assist in a three-to-six-month project. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt and learn quickly. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, organized, self-directed, positive, and comfortable with a challenging role. This position will be remote with the potential for some travel.
CMC is working on a contract basis with the restructuring of multi-family unit holdings in the Houston, TX area. This role is not currently filled and therefore requires the individual who takes it on to be industrious, curious, and great at working with a variety of personalities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Build company databases in QuickBooks and perform tasks such as data entry, verification and backups.
- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity, and investor earnings.
- Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control.
- Manage and coordinate the primary financial measurements of multi-family real estate developments which include revenue, gross profit, expenses, profit and loss cash flow.
- Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, pro formas, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
- Study the company’s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy.
Required Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance
· At least 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Experience
· Has worked in the real estate and/or construction industries, specifically with commercial and/or multi-family holdings.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite and QuickBooks
· Knowledge of real estate tools such as Entrada, Yardi, Syndication Pro, etc.
· Must have the ability to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
· Excellent time management skills
· Well-developed organizational skills
· Extremely detail oriented and organized
· Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to work with all team members
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish experience is a plus
· Self-motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking
· Confident personality and persistent when necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
