OPPORTUNITY
We are a hotel and residential brand start-up interested in hiring a real estate analyst preferably based in Los Angeles County in a hybrid office/work from home arrangement. We are looking for a full-time commitment, initially for a one-year contract for 12 months, ideally starting as soon as possible. To learn about our company, please visit www.mogulhotels.com
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· You have already graduated from university and are no longer taking full-time coursework. No current students, please.
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a Quantitative Discipline, (which must include coursework and training in Finance).
· GPA of at least 3.5 with evidence of strong English verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience working in a hospitality, real estate, or technology business, including corporations, partnerships, family offices and technology start-ups.
ADDITIONAL (OPTIONAL) QUALIFICATIONS
· CFA and certifications in hotel feasibility, asset management and real estate finance.
KEY TASKS
· Develop and improve project specific financial models, including operational improvements and respositioning of hotel and residential assets.
· Manage development database and pipelines, financial reports and annual operational budgets and KPIs shared daily and weekly
· Maintain corporate financial model, provide forecasting support, and create relevant spreadsheets, graphs, and charts
· Maintain investor data room, assist with Investor Relations process, updating presentations, and other projects as needed such as analysis of comparable investments, IPOs, etc.
. Assist with equity and debt investor reach out, scheduling meeting with them and regular follow ups and keeping track of the progress.
· Respond to General Inquiries from investors, lenders, and other finance partners
