Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Produce ongoing business reporting playing a key role in Equitable Investment Managements financial operations
• Prepare and analyze financial information to report profitability generated by the Trusts in which the Equitable Investment Management Group has oversight responsibility
• Prepare financial information to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability for Equitable Investment Management and the Trusts
• Assemble financial models used to support decisions relative to the future structure of the Trust portfolios
• Provide comparative analytics on competitors; draw charts and graphs to support conclusions; present findings in PowerPoint decks
• Interact with and drive analysis of group revenues, expenses, seed capital utilization, and financial ratios at the fund and complex level
• Conduct portfolio level strategic planning by product
• Support development, analysis and presentation of EIM growth initiatives and strategic business development for senior management and Board of Director review
• Perform other projects as assigned supporting the Head of Fund Strategy of Equitable Investment Management
The base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $121,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated ability in financial/quantitative data analysis
• Project coordination skills and ability to manage activities from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and high quality of work production is critical
• Strong work ethic and performance-driven
• Highly self-motivated with ability to effectively work alone or in teams
• Flexible/Adaptable - ability to work effectively in a variety of situations and respond positively to change
• Strong multi-tasker- ability to successfully manage and prioritize diverse activities
• Reliable- ability to meet deadlines and attendance/punctuality standards
• Ability to formulate clear and concise executive presentations on complex topics
• Working knowledge of mutual fund financials
• CFA or pursuit of a CFA designation
Skills
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
• Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
• Managing Expenses and Finances: Knowledge of the principle and methodology of finance management; ability to use the functions, tools and processes needed to manage financial assets and liabilities throughout the organization.
• Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
