Our Northwestern Mutual Dallas office is actively focused on hiring teachers and former educators for our Financial Representative Advisor Role. Our firm has a deep belief that teachers have the skills to effectively convey the importance of a financial plan and how to implement it in a way that makes sense to the client. Financial Representatives operate as business owners; their goal is to build a client base by educating people on financial concepts and recommend steps to implement a financial plan that offers long term financial security. Teachers are incredibly hard working and typically have limited flexibility in their schedules and income. However, this role offers increased flexibility with tenure as well as uncapped income potential. Due to the skills honed in the classroom, we have seen teachers thrive in this role.
As a Northwestern Mutual Financial Advisor, you would become the center of your clients' financial lives while operating in three main areas: Risk Management, Wealth Accumulation, and Wealth Preservation/Distribution. Through honest dialogue with your clients, NM Advisors provide advice and strategies for financial security through an array of products and services. This career offers flexibility and unlimited earning potential at a company where hard work is valued and rewarded.
We offer extensive training through our award-winning training program that prepares you for success in the career. Training will cover all aspects of the career, including the financial components, so an extensive background in finance is not required.
