Financial Advisor-Insurance Life/Health Agent -(Licensed/Non-Licensed)

We are a full service Financial Services and Insurance firm in a state/federal regulated industry, that provides an opportunity for agents to build a business, receive extensive training to learn the business and industry. We offer investments and Insurance products to our clients. Agent's will receive consistent coaching and mentorship. Financial Advisor or Insurance Agents help people or businesses organize their finances. Their duties include discussing finances and financial goals with clients, developing financial strategies for clients and reporting on financial progress.

Here are the qualifications for this role"

*Qualifications*No experience needed and we will guide you through the state licensing process, if you do not have a license. If you have a Life license great. Once trained and able to work independently:

· Provides financial planning services by advising the customer on the advantages and disadvantages of different product decisions in alignment with their individual needs.

· Based on individualized financial needs analysis, prepares recommendations for customized financial solutions to current and potential customers.

· Meeting clients and discussing their finances and financial goals.

· Delivers a diversified set of investment, insurance and advice-based solutions with a financial planning mindset to meet the individualized investment needs of current and potential customers.

· Researching financial products for clients and explaining their key features and benefits.

· Negotiating better financial concepts with providers on a client’s behalf

· Supporting a team of professionals to cultivate client relationships

· Ability to work remotely

· Customer service oriented

· Desire to help others succeed

· Team player

· Commission based
