Waldron Private Wealth (Waldron) is looking to fill a position which will manage and execute client relationship management for Waldron's high net worth clients. This individual will lead the wealth planning process, as well as the investment management selection and portfolio implementation process. In addition to the client relationship management aspect, this role will also oversee and manage a team of employees responsible for the wealth planning process creation, investment management maintenance, and client service tasks.
In this role you will:
- Act as Lead/Service/Strategic Advisor, which is defined as:
- Delivering advice directly to the client independently.
- Viewed by the client as the "authority" for their family's finances.
- Accountable for retention of assigned clients.
- Manage the activities and execution of the investment functions for clients.
- Communicate with client's regarding portfolio strategies, performance, market environment, cash flow analysis, future projections, taxation, estate planning, insurance analysis, college savings, and behavioral finance topics.
- Run internal GAP process for assigned prospective clients to prepare the closing team to demonstrate Waldron's unique value add including, but not limited to, oversight of all related deliverables.
- Participate in the production of written or video thought leadership content.
- Be eligible to receive sourcing revenue if generated.
- Develop and maintain relationship with strategic partners of clients (accountants, attorneys, etc)
- Champion company initiatives and projects for clients.
- Oversee, manage, and develop a direct report. This includes performing monthly 1:1 sessions, semi-annual reviews, and recommending annual compensation along with determining bonus incentives, if applicable.
