The Finance Processor position is responsible for assisting with daily processing of recoveries, check handling and related tasks.
Hours: Day shift, 40-hour work weeks. During training, 8am - 5pm. Flexible schedule options available between 7am - 7pm after six months of employment.
Setting: Professional office environment with hybrid opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily assignment of incoming checks.
- Process remitted recoveries and related disbursements.
- Prepare daily reconciliations to internal systems and bank deposits, including review for completeness and accuracy.
- Scan daily reconciliations and other documentation.
- Assist in research and clean-up of exception-based transactions.
- Assist in other Finance department projects, as needed.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Strong attention to detail with a bias for accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication,
- Ability to adapt and work well within a fast-paced environment
