The Finance Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and analysis of all financial results and forecasts, completion and analysis of the annual budget for the local entities.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with annual audit activities, tax compliance and hedging activities, and all dashboard and Company metrics/KPI's. The Finance Manager liaises with all levels of management and personnel within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly reporting package of the company's financial performance versus budget;
- Prepare the annual reporting for the local entities;
- Coordinate and leads the company forecasting activities and annual budgeting process;
- Supporting the business in assessing the financial costs and benefits for strategic and other projects conducting reviews of financial business cases to support key initiatives;
- Take an active role in the broader Finance team; helping smooth implementation of – and adherence to – new finance requirements, systems and processes;
- Prepare ad-hoc management financial reports for local entities as required;
Financial Leadership
- Ensure the execution of objectives and tasks necessary to meet short and long-term financial goals;
- Support long-term planning considering financial obligations.
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
- Master's Degree in accounting, business, finance or related field strongly preferred;
- Minimum 5 years experience of related experience in accounting and/ or reporting
- Industry experience in Diagnostic Imaging and Healthcare Services or Information Technology;
- Extensive financial expertise including advanced financial/quantitative analytical skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Ability to lead and oversee multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously, communicate prioritization of projects with direct reports and adjust resources as needed to effectively meet all deadlines as institutional needs shift. Strong business operations acuity, financial acumen, and an ability to bring a macro perspective to initiatives;
- Exceptional analytical, written, verbal and presentation and interpersonal skills with proven track record of delivering actionable insights succinctly, winning support and moving people and organizations to action;
- Good negotiation, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills;
- Experience conducting primary and secondary research to drive decision making;
- Capability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing, quick environment;
- Solid relationship building skills with a record of effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders inside and outside the organization to lead to common goals. Ability to conceptualize and effectuate change management and "out-of-the-box" thinking;
- You are a team player, you like working with a multidisciplinary team and external partners, but also work independently. Experience with managing relationships with multidisciplinary external partners is a plus;
- Comfort in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with strong ethics;
- Extensive experience interacting with C-level executives in a leadership role;
