Randy Marion Kia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage financial resources.
```Responsibilities:```
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies
- Provide guidance and support to staff members in the finance department
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail automotive industry experience in finance
- Proven experience in financial management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of lenders and programs
- Strong secondary finance knowledge
- Monthly PUR and VSC quotas
- Ability to perform credit analysis and assess risk
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $178,488.00 - $234,794.00 per year
