Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Assume position as key finance contact for our country music festivals
- This role will be expected to take full ownership of the events and keep the Finance Director informed of the progress, involving them where necessary.
- The role will support the Finance Director:
- Business Partner with the Event Directors and Ops team to support on event finances
- Work with the Finance Director to support the VP these events to ensure they have clear and concise information for decision making
- Be the onsite eyes and ears for finance
- Ensure all revenue planning and ops budgets are up to date and reconcilable - working with the business teams to do so, allowing for accurate pre- and post-show flashes and timely close out of event finances
- Own the bottom-up detailed business planning and cash flow planning
- Own scenario analysis
- Risks and Opps are flagged as necessary
- Work with the UK-based Management Accountant to:
- Prepare journal entries of general ledger entries and reconciliations for month-end closing in a timely manner
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and Account analysis of the general ledger for month-end close including such areas as accounts receivable, fixed assets, accrued expenses
- Ensure the month end P&L and BS reflects the reality of the current view
- Provide commentary to any variance to plan
- Ensure applicable taxes are accounted for appropriately by checking treatment with internal tax team
- Weekly and ad hoc sales reports are accurate and complete
- Support Senior Accountants in team with their similar responsibilities on their own events.
- Ownership of the full budgeting and forecasting process for the North America Arts and Entertainments Events Group. Working collaboratively with the UK-based team to ensure process adheres to the wider Arts and Entertainments Events Group process.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

$90,000 annually
