Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Financial Performance Excellence: Drive our organization forward by delivering detailed analysis that supports business growth and vigor.

2. Strategic Development: Craft financial strategies that align with our business goals, fostering innovation and steering towards success.

3. Empower Our Teams: Take the reins and guide our dedicated teams with insights that illuminate paths towards efficiency and profitability.

4. Financial Controls

Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

5. Financial Analysis

Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by Nexterra Leadership

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and drive operational efficiency. -

Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required to support business initiatives and strategic planning.

6. Financial Planning & Strategy

Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.

Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and track performance against targets.

Assist in the development and execution of the company's financial strategy and long-term financial planning.

Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial modeling to support business decisions.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement through financial analysis and benchmarking.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance.

• Certified Brilliance: A minimum requirement of CPA or CFA accreditation, demonstrating mastery over the financial domain.
