Finance Manager

The Accounting Consultant will lead international statutory audits using Workday Finance software. This position is offered on a long-term contract basis with a company located in Chicago, Illinois on a 100% remote basis.

What you get to do every day:

• Collaborate with international subsidiaries to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data , including monthly flash reports, key financial metrics and actual spend against budgets/outlook
• Prepare statutory audit materials
• Compile data into Workday Finance
• Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts

• Able to work with employees in other countries and time zones
• History working with statutory auditors single handedly to close out annual audits
• CPA preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
• Timely filing of statutory information to the Chamber of Commerce, filing of VAT and CIT returns
• Review of tax returns; reconcile to stat accounts
• Knowledge of international accounting
• Proficiency in Workday Financial Management
