We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to oversee our financial activities with a key focus on Project Budgeting, Invoicing, Proposal Management, Payroll and Corporate Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing project budgets effectively, coordinating invoicing processes, preparing financial proposals, processing and conducting payroll operations, and providing financial insights for corporate projects. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in driving financial efficiency, strategic decision-making, and maintaining financial compliance within the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential for this role.

This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Requirements:Must Have:
- Previous experience in Finance, Banking, or other related industry
- Experience engaging and communicating (written/verbal) with client, customer, stakeholder, and senior leadership
- Experience with producing reports, briefings, reviews, and ad hoc analysis for stakeholders, senior leaders, and business decision makers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment and provide excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
