Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon Global Patriot Finance team supporting the KSA Patriot Launcher Localization program. This is a unique role which will be exposed to many strategic aspects of our business and help lead the execution of the Localization and Offset obligations across the Global Patriot portfolio.
The successful candidate will collaborate with key leaders within the KSA and US based Program Offices, Engineering, Supply Chain, Localization team and Accounting. Specifically, the selected individual will support the management of cost control/EVMS, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of the program while gaining valuable exposure to our global industrialization strategy.
The successful candidate will lead the program start up and baselining effort for this Launcher Localization Project during Q2 2024 and will be expected to oversee all aspects of financial management moving forward, including program allocation methodology. The program is seeking somebody who possesses technical knowledge of program controls, strong problem-solving skills, and is an effective communicator. This position requires the ability to work independently, multitask and work on several different program issues concurrently as part of a small core finance team.
This position is a hybrid role, and the selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule. Relocation assistance is not being offered for this role.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Provide monthly variance and data analysis
Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads
Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes
Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Typically requires 5 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree with 3 years of related work experience
Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems and tools
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Program costs and/or schedules
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to meet critical deadlines
Work in team environment to provide solutions and continuous process improvement

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
