Finance & IT Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the list below. Other duties may be assigned, as needed.

•Responsible for monthly reporting of P&L and balance sheet.

•Oversight of day-to-day operations of the finance team, including all accounting functions & responsibilities.

•Contributes to monthly & year-end closing & preparation of financial accounts

•Delivers monthly management reports, according to group guidelines

•Delivers several financial reports related to working capital, inventory analysis and margin analysis. •Manages budgets & forecasting.

•Assists the business in preparing business plans or investing analysis

•Monitors fiscal compliance with federal & state requirements.

•Soundboard for the ERP/CRM generalist, aligns business needs with ERP/CRM systems

•Key user for finance in ERP

•Direct reporting responsibility for Accountant, ERP/CRM Specialist & IT Generalist

QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting.

•A relevant post-graduate qualification (for example: CPA, CA, CFA or MBA)

•Minimum of 5+ years of relevant working experience.

•Strong analytical skills

•IT minded, strong Excel skills. Knowledge of Business Central and PowerBI is a plus

•Well developed understanding of business fundamentals: company procedures, strategies, operating models, etc.

•Strong project management, coaching & communication skills.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
