We are hiring a Finance Intern in Circle, MT for Spring 2024!
This internship will work closely with our customers, ensuring they are provided the highest level of service and information possible.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Record journal entries into the general ledger.
- Provide support for monthly reporting, quarterly forecast and annual budget process.
- Prepare monthly analysis reports for business unit management.
- Collaborate with Finance Shared Services, Treasury, Corporate Accounting and IT to ensure business needs are being met.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement and lean project opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and/or escalating inquiries.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and be involved in projects as assigned.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Currently a junior or senior enrolled in a four-year Finance, Business Administration or Accounting degree program
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP, BPC
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior internship experience
