Job Title: Finance and Grants Analyst

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in nonprofit accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Financial reporting expertise
- Grant compliance experience
- HR experience
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Procurement:
* Oversee and manage procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Government Compliance and Reporting:
* Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.* Prepare and submit necessary reports to government agencies.
- Finance and Grant Accounting:
* Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.* Track and report on grant funds, ensuring proper allocation and utilization.
- Monitor Vendors and Partner Agreements:
* Maintain relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring adherence to agreements.* Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate terms when necessary.
- Auditing:
* Collaborate with auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure financial accuracy.* Implement audit recommendations for process improvement.
- General HR:
* Participate in HR functions, including hiring and onboarding processes.* Collaborate with HR to address employee financial concerns.
