Finance And Accounting Intern

Title: Accounting Internship

Company: US Tiger Securities, Inc.

Location: New York City, NY

Job Responsibilities:

· Record and reconcile invoices for Accounts Payable

· Maintain unapproved AP, unbilled AP & AP related reports

· Prepare and manage invoices for Accounts Receivable

· Assist with employee expense reimbursement

· Gather, organize, analyze and summarize documentation as needed

· Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly financial reports

· Assist in corporate audits and annual corporate tax preparation

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Skills Requirements:

· Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

· Excellent task-management, analytical, and organizational skills

· Good interpersonal skills for internal and external clients as well as in a team

· Must be proactive, self-motivated, detail oriented

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule:

· Monday – Friday: 9 am to 6 pm (EST/EDT)

· Working time negotiable for CPT

Work Authorization:

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
