Job Summary:
This is an opportunity to join the GhostEye® finance team within the LADS (Land & Air Defense Systems) Sub-Business Unit as an early in career Program Cost Schedule and Control Analyst supporting the LTAMDS Exportability Program. LTAMDS (Lower Tier Are & Missile Defense System) is a highly strategic franchise with significant long-term domestic and international market potential, providing excellent growth opportunities within the portfolio / has high visibility.
The selected candidate will work independently and on several different program issues concurrently, in a fast-paced environment. Candidate will work with lead engineers and other cross functional organizations. The individual should be dedicated to continued process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all operational aspects of the organization. The preference is to hire someone with an active Secret clearance, but it is not required.
This position is being offered in a hybrid capacity (remote and/or onsite) and is determined by the needs of the business. The expectation is to work onsite up to 3 times per week in Tewksbury, MA. This position will be expected to support Teams/Programs in the Eastern U.S. time zone.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are performed within contract agreed-upon parameters
Cost and schedule monitoring
Monthly Earned Value reporting
Support the development of quarterly EAC's
Perform detailed financial analysis for both total CBT and functional area level cost elements to help define and understand the monthly variances to Budget baseline and EAC positions.
Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available.
Process approved Baseline Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
Utilize & share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program team.
Basic Qualifications:
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field of study
Typically requires 2 years prior relevant experience
Experience with EVMS (or similar process), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and/or EAC Process
Experience with the Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP APEX EV or similar business tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Earned Value Certification
Program start-up/baselining experience
Must be independent and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
