Featured on ABC’s Shark Tank, DetraPel produces innovative, non-toxic, PFAS-free coatings for industrial and consumer applications in Textiles, Paper & Food Packaging, and Contract Aerosol Manufacturing The Finance Manager role, reporting directly to the CEO & CFO, is a critical full-time position responsible for support of monthly operating review, financial forecasting, annual budgeting, strategic planning, accounts payables, accounts receivables, inventory, purchasing, payroll, and HR functions. You will collaborate intimately with our core team and manage a junior procurement specialist to strengthen the company’s financials and keep operations flowing smoothly. Responsibilities: Financial Management • Conduct daily transaction postings and bill reconciliations • Oversee customer receivables and payables • Implement and manage new financial and operations systems Cost Accounting • Manage inventory records and job cost analyses • Communicate cost insights to management to boost profitability Financial Reporting • Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements • Conduct value-added financial analyses for strategic improvements. HR & Administrative • Manage commercial insurance • Process company payroll and adjustments, onboard or offboard employees, and ensure HR compliance • Manage company benefits Qualifications: YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF: • You have worked in a manufacturing company. • You have experience with managing inventory. • You are a finance wizard with 5+ years in accounting, skilled in data analysis and cost accounting. • You have experience effectively manipulating and organizing large amounts of data. • You are meticulous, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. You have a can-do attitude and are obsessed with continuous learning. • You are proficient with Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP and accounting software. • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
