This position is for Final Assembly/general labor. In this position you will assemble equipment and sub-assemblies. It as well is part processing of steel and aluminum parts for fabricators.
Responsibilities:
- Follow assembly procedures and specifications
- drill, tap and or ream holes
- Aligns components and bolts, screws or rivets them together
- Installation of moving parts such as shafts, levers or bearings and work them to test free movement
- Read and understands prints and hydraulic schematics with the ability to follow the approved installation process with various hydraulic components
- Travel for onsite projects when needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for onsite work
Experience:
- Experience of above listed responsibilities
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of basic measuring tools and have basic math skills
- Experience using a variety of hand and power tools is essential
- Ability to listen, comprehend and follow technical instructions
- Ability to stay focused while multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to competently operate a forklift and/or complete internal forklift training
- Ability to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
