As a Videographer/Editor, you'll wear multiple hats throughout the production process, including concepting, shoot prep, operating photo/video cameras, light design, audio, photo/video editing, and producing. You must be a positive-energy creative who can produce quality content end-to-end with minimal oversight. You must also be knowledgeable about all tv/digital mediums across various platforms and able to create photo and video content accordingly.
Essential Job Functions

• Set-up and operation of cameras, lighting and audio recording devices
• Edit, color, mix, master and add graphics to video projects as assigned

• Assist with video lighting in studio and on location
• Select, operate and maintain camera and lighting equipment
• Direct on-camera talent as required
• Stay organized, on budget and on deadline for multiple video projects at once
• Ensure that video archives are maintained

Basic Skills Required

• Professional working knowledge of: camera operation, image composition, lighting, editing, color grading, titling, music editing, transcoding and digital video post-production flow
• Advanced understanding of Final Cut Pro, Audition, After Effects, and the Adobe Suite
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating camera(s) in a professional setting
• Ability to set up and work with dynamic lighting for sets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at different stages on the go without micromanagement
• Professional communication skills, both written and spoken, are a MUST
• Must be motivated, able to work independently, and hard-working.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and excel with it
• Ability to pivot and change directions at a moment's notice with a positive attitude is a MUST
