Filling Clerk II

Job Description Summary

This shift is 5:00am to 1:30pm, M-F

Filing clerks process and maintain legal title/contract documents in a secure filing system. They must maintain the integrity of the system on a daily basis. There are various functions/tasks required in the DMC. Resource person for the team.

The Filing Clerk II is a production-based position and responsible for the following:

DMC: Handles the duties of a Filing Clerk I, but is also responsible for repossession refiles, coordinating the delivery of release work daily.

Mail Room: Handles all of the duties of a Filing Clerk I, but also processes any checks received, exception handling, and any research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.75 per hour
