```Duties```
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Sort and categorize documents for easy retrieval
- Perform data entry to update and maintain accurate records
- Assist with file audits to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Retrieve files as requested by staff or clients
- Create and update file indexes or tracking systems
- Handle confidential information in a professional and secure manner
- Assist with general clerical tasks as needed
```Experience```
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for document management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage calendars and coordinate projects effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Accurate data entry skills with a focus on speed and efficiency
- Previous experience working at a front desk or reception area is a plus
