Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Sort and label documents for easy retrieval
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating records
- Transcribe information from various sources accurately
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist with customer support inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a file clerk or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
