Pay: $18/hour.
FTE: This is a full-time position.
No experience required; we are willing to train.
Pediatrics Northwest is looking for a File clerk to support both front and clinical staff by performing administrative duties to ensure proper clinic flow. Duties include but are not limited to maintenance of documents and paperwork, file storage, and EMR document management.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning documents, which may include document sorting, counting, and page separation.
- Adherence to scanning instructions including proper document labeling.
- Maintenance and upkeep of Scanner.
- Processes PKU results by sending result letters to patients/releasing results to MyChart.
- Assists with incoming faxes.
- Monitors and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education - High School Student or High School Diploma.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good oral/written communication.
