Skiltrek is looking to add a few remote IT professionals to their team to support the instore hardware upgrades of their retail clients. This position will be overnight and the individuals will be assisting the Field Techs that go onsite over the phone. We are looking for individuals with a IT degree or someone that completed an IT certificate.
Description:
Responsibilities include:
Check in techs,
Review deliverables
Support techs on site
Communicate with customers on tech status
Process payment in Work market and Field nation third party platforms
Complete factor sheet
Check techs out
**Candidates need to have their own equipment**
- Windows OS/MAC OS, Google Chrome, TEAMs & O365 (web access)
- Chromebooks not allowed
