Our Field Support Specialist will provide operational Field Support and coach product installation to facilitate successful decorative concrete installations. The Field Support Specialist is first point of contact for the franchisees and has deep knowledge of the Concrete Craft decorative concrete coatings/stains business Model and processes, Suppliers, and tools to ensure the franchisees are successful and profitable.
Essential Job Functions:
- Possess a keen understanding of Concrete Craft coatings business model and is seen as a subject matter expert in the following areas.
- Concrete Coatings
- Stained Concrete
- General decorative concrete product knowledge
- Concrete Prep and Equipment
- Provide real time franchisee support by field visits as needed, scheduled support calls, responding to emails and voicemails addressed to the Support Team queues.
- Support the training of new franchisees by teaching assigned topics and scheduling regular calls with assigned franchisees after training ends.
- Provide Field support training assistance and advice to franchisees.
- Solid understanding of the decorative concrete industry and the ability to teach key principals to franchisees.
- Maintain a communication call log to record the highlights of conversations/meetings and provide a case history.
- Communicate and promote HFC's overall strategy regarding performance standards.
- Stay current with industry including but not limited to
- Design trends & customer preferences
- Business climate and trends
- Participate in company meetings, webinars, conference calls and conventions when invited to do so.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions, requirements and/or individual skill set.
- Must be willing and able to travel to new franchise training, regional trainings, and national convention.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in decorate concrete coatings and stains business.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong business acumen.
- Able to read and understand supplier data sheets and process requirements.
- Good problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines promised to franchisees or management.
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
