Job Title: Field Services Engineer
Location: North Kingstown, RI
Mode : Contract (6+ Months) (Day 1 Onsite)
Rate - $21 /hr on W2 (opt out from benefits)
Job Description:
Broad understanding of Windows 10 and mobile operating systems (Ipad /Iphone in corporate setting) and the ability to lead change in a large complex desktop environment.
Experience with Modern cloud desktop management experience including technology such as Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
6+ years of experience in provisioning, migrating, and managing end user computing and related services with added advantage of supporting Microsoft AVD Instances
6+ years of experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, systems management
Provide technical engineering support across our enterprise for end-user computing platforms for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, device configuration, and technical refresh.
Strong communicator Must be able to communicate across all levels of the organization and articulate details of a solution, problem or initiative in both a technical and non-technical contex
A positive, collaborative, Can do attitude is required
Additional skillsets that would be great to have
Specific knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SCCM and/ or Tanium
Application of AI technologies that drive out insights in the End User compute space which result in efficiency, or user experience enhancements
