What Will You Do?
Under the direction of the Field Service Manager, Field Service Supervisor works alongside the FST Coordinator to plan and execute field support for Zero Zone, Inc. The FST Supervisor duties include oversight and HR duties pertaining to the daily operations of the FSTs in their assigned region.
What Are We Looking For?
On a normal day, the FST Supervisor may work alone or with a team. The successful candidate will undertake the following duties and more as instructed by the FST Coordinator:
- Responsible for oversight & reporting of FST performance, including the approval of expense reports and conducting FST reviews
- Minimum of 50% of time in the field conducting inspections, and other technical tasks (to include working on site with each assigned FST twice a year, at minimum)
- Conduction of administrative duties, such as arranging and scheduling meetings, assisting with documentation, hiring, training employees and FST scheduling
- Performing other duties assigned by FST Management in an orderly and efficient manner
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent with multitasking and time management
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Requires a technical degree or certification in related field and 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in service and repair in the refrigeration industry. Experience with industrial refrigeration applications and installation of refrigerated cases, methods and techniques are a plus.
