Field Service Technician Job Responsibilities
- Perform on-site repairs and maintenance of various equipment, including compressors, air treatment systems, and industrial power tools.
- Travel to customer sites to diagnose issues, conduct troubleshooting, and provide timely solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair equipment over the phone, or dispatch necessary equipment to customers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation of service activities.
- Strong background in diesel motors, compressors, or electrical systems is preferred.
- Experience in conducting repairs and maintenance of industrial equipment is highly desirable.
- Ability to diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide technical support.
- Willingness to travel to various sites and work on-call as needed.
