Position Overview:
As an IT Technician on our Projects team, you'll manage client projects end-to-end and collaborate with our hardware team, helpdesk, client success, and vendors. This role requires both independent self-motivation and teamwork.
The ideal candidate combines advanced knowledge of Microsoft systems, business apps, customer service and communication skills with great troubleshooting and attention to detail. Your mission is to implement and maintain modern, efficient computer systems and networks that optimize technology's role in our clients' business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key player in onboarding new clients and upgrading current client infrastructures
- Configure and install devices and equipment to prepare for projects
- Develop technical design specs under the direction of the Projects Manager
- Provide regular status updates to the Projects Manager and meet deadlines
- Coordinate project activities across all impacted areas, including end users and internal teams
- Assist in planning, coordination, testing and rollout for all projects
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Train the helpdesk team to support completed projects
Requirements:
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed (expenses reimbursed)
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems, business applications, print systems, networks, network design, and server hardware
- Service orientation regarding our clients' key supported services
- 2-3 years minimum experience in an MSP or similar IT environment
- -Minimum 1 years experience in a technical project-related role
- At least 3 years experience with Windows servers
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft 365
- Microsoft or CompTIA+ certifications are a plus

Pay: $44,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
