Our people make the difference. The Field Service Technician will deliver exceptional service to our customers in the field by diagnosing and repairing units and completing service installations. Other job duties include general labor, material handling, and on-call emergency service. A successful candidate will have skills in maintaining good communication with our customers, and their supervisor/team members while out in the field.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hydraulic and industrial hose, fittings, and adapters on machinery.
- Complete service installations
- Professionally communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service in the field.
- Some general labor, material handling and emergency on-call service
- Ability to work independently and be part of a dynamic team.
- Previous equipment repair, welding experience, and/or knowledge of various types of testing equipment.
- Must be a minimum of 25 years old, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Have good mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient written and verbal communication.
- Must be available for on-call rotation including after hours and weekends.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years related experience required.
