This role will cover the entire St. Louis region.
In this Customer facing role you will....

• Perform Preventative maintenance on Card Shufflers, EGM's (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETG's (Electronic Table Games), Signs and more, keeping in accordance with Gaming Commission and company standards and specifications.
• Ensure proper operations of all L&W products via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing.
• Perform installations, removals and conversions of all L&W product.
• Complete accurate Incident Reports in accordance with the Gaming Commission and company standards.
• Complete required maintenance records in a clear and precise manner
• Adhere to L&W's Field Service established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Follow L&W's safety procedures (vehicle safety, loading games, ladder use, electricity, etc.)
• Ensures all tools, vehicles and equipment used are kept in proper, safe, and working condition.
• Stay current with all Light & Wonder Field Advisories and Technical Learning.
• Review customer issues with management, and technical lead as they arise.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age, maintain a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required
• Perform basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly level
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices
• Basic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshooting
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distances
• Transport heavy equipment using proper moving devices
• Demonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools and power tools
• Basic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operation
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Ability to read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manuals
• Able to prepare conversion projects or installations with limited or no supervision
• Ability to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally
• Good problem-solving skills
• Travel requirements may include working at other facilities within our department

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
College level electronics training helpful.
