Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Description:
- Supervise on-site equipment installation
- Resolve customer concerns or issues with technical on-site support
- Perform routine repairs
- Verify equipment installation is complete and fully functional
- Check and review performance reports and documentation from customers
- Inspect reports to determine source of problems
- Maintain records of reports and provide documentation to lead
- Use hand and power tools when on-site
- Domestic travel required up to 70% of the time
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior electrical work or Field Service work experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
