Field Service Technician

The Opportunity

What you would do:

• Meet with existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or follow-up on warranty issues
• Make recommendations to customers on additional products or services and/or identify potential problems with diagnosis and solutions
• Attend weekly team meetings and trainings at our office

What we need from you:

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred but not required
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 75lbs, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
• Strong listening and follow-up skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Skill in operating computer software and mobile Apps

Service technicians are fully trained in the field as well as in a classroom setting. Weekly training is held for our entire team where our team members continue learning and training.
