Monday to Friday 1PM to 10PM shift. Must have prior field experience. Candidate expected to manage a daily case load of 3 to 5 per day, keeping track of parts and updating notes and times in case management tool.
Must have breakfix experience on desktop, laptops, servers, network devices and basic printer skills. Position is currently 90-day contract-to-hire. Candidates should be prescreened to confirm that they fit the requirements.
Transition rate upon full time hire to CompuCom will be $19.75 for qualified technicians.
Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's) • Technician will travel to each client's location.
