Provide technical support and assistance to customers. Maintain notes in database with details of customer support issues. Work to increase the positive motivation and team effort of the company. Submit training reports after each course. Provide input and research required to increase the quality of classroom instruction and materials in the training courses. Provide written and verbal feedback on product improvement recommendations from customers. Responsible for complying with policies and procedures outlined in the corporate Quality Assurance Manual.
