Description:
• Setting up hoteling desk with dual monitors, mice, keyboards and camera etc..
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Track Hardware installed and any issues through to resolution
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Testing to ensure Monitors are fully functional
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
Project will run from 4/22/24 ~ 4/25/24 - 6:00PM to 2:00AM

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bending/Lifting/Standing for up to 8 hours
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
