A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR / PLUMBING MANAGER
As a Field Service Supervisor / Plumbing Manager, you play an essential role in the growth of our company. You create revenue generation strategies and make sales. Planning, controlling, and managing the daily activities of our plumbers, you ensure that we achieve favorable profit margins and exceed customer expectations. You visit and survey job sites to keep jobs on track.
You are also responsible for the hiring and training of our plumbers. And, they know that they can depend on you to provide troubleshooting support in the field. In this management position, you get great satisfaction out of ensuring quality, profitability, happy team members, and satisfied clients!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant plumber experience
- Amazing and trusting sales ability
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a drug screening and background check
