Position Summary
Performs comprehensive reviews to verify compliance with Field Safety regulations and standards.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assists leadership in Safety Compliance training and driver qualification procedures.
- Processes all pre-employment checks for drivers following Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations.
- Conducts comprehensive reviews of sensitive documents, including drivers' information and applications.
- Audits driver records and applications to verify compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements.
- Utilizes various recordkeeping systems for data entry, reporting, and auditing.
- Verifies the correct and thorough completion of driver qualification files through comprehensive reviews.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, transportation, or a related field.
- Transportation, safety, and/or related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and AS400.
- Knowledge of the Department of Transportation, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations.
