DOJ has adopted telework for employees who can effectively perform their essential work functions remotely. After an initial training period, this position may allow for some hybrid telework opportunities. All telework schedules are based on current conditions and may be re-evaluated as conditions change.
Department Information
- This position is in the Division of Law Enforcement, Bureau of Gambling Control, Compliance and Enforcement Section located in Sacramento.

Desirable Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills; strong analytical skills; be able to articulate information in a clear, concise and professional manner. Should have the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate good judgment when interacting with the public and professional staff. Excellent analytical and research skills; must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities/projects; possess excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and to quickly adapt to changing priorities in order to meet deadlines. Candidate must have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to carry out prescribed tasks with minimal supervision, be a self-starter, flexible, have a positive attitude, and excellent attendance.
