Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be able to work in the field on foot, regardless of weather conditions

More about being a Field Representative:

The Field Representative role is for those who have a coachable mindset to make above average income. Representatives meet daily (Monday - Friday) at the office to discuss the day's agenda and will travel with the Team in a company vehicle (returning no later than 7 p.m.). Goals and deadlines are set, and the Representative's performance will be reflected in their paycheck. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, participating in on-site Customer Service training and traveling to Customer locations. The successful candidate will have solid work ethics, strong communication skills, and will be able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision after training is completed. Although we prefer experience in the solar, sales, or Field Representative field, our company is willing to hire and train the right candidate.
