- A licensed RN, issued by the NJ Board of Nursing
- Availability via telephone and provide home visits
Responsibilities:
- Assists in planning and overall development and administration of the company per agency policy and procedures.
- provide or delegate hands-on clinical care as indicated by the plan of care and evaluate resident outcomes.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Responsible for the overall coordination and evaluation of Client Services.
- Responsible for overall coordination of the quality improvement and risk management program per agency policy.
- Monitors the clinical status of all clients.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with the client and his/her family members.
- Interprets to the client and family implications of the clients health status.
- Demonstrates the ability to function effectively under stressful situations
- Maintains confidentiality of client assessments and records.
- Respects the rights , privacy and property of others at all times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
