About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and community-driven Field Marketing Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and has a knack for engaging with the community. As our Field Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our home care services by setting up informational tables at various points of interest within the community, including health fairs, community centers, and local events.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Field Marketing activities to generate leads and increase our home care awareness.
• Set up and manage promotional tables or booths, ensuring they are inviting and well-organized.
• Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers, and provide comprehensive information about our services to potential clients and their families.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients.
• Collect contact information from potential clients for follow-up by our sales team.
• Deliver presentations to communicate the value and benefits of our home care services.
• Provide feedback and insights from Field Marketing activities to help shape future marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to connect and engage with a diverse range of individuals and organizations.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• A self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the home care industry is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
