This is a job for highly motivated people. You will be trained as a field agent at LAX. You will elicit passengers participation in brief questionnaires while seated at the departure gates based on a pre-determined sampling plan.
After training, you will work with little direct supervision. Your pay will include bonus incentives to complete a maximum number of quality questionnaires per hour. Our model will have good staff earning between $30 - $36 per hour.

Work Hours:
- Early morning shifts (5:30 AM start)
- Late afternoon shifts (4:00 - 11:30 PM)
- Regular Daytime Shifts
- Some Weekends
Our company works on behalf of the airport and federal agencies in gaining insight into the passenger experience and travel at large.
Interviewers approach passengers from many backgrounds at the departure gates and invite them to take a self-administered survey on the travel experience. Spanish is helpful. Confidence a must.
Off site parking provided. Weekend shifts are sometimes required.
The ability to be persuasive in a fast-paced environment is key.
