EMBREY FIELD CONSTRUCTION SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Experience the EMBREY WAY as a Field Construction Intern in our Class of 2024!

EMBREY’s Field Construction team, composed of project managers and superintendents, plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the execution of construction projects on-site. As our Field Construction Intern, you will contribute to the execution of on-site activities, witnessing firsthand the intricacies of coordinating project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring quality control.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking talented students to join us for a 10-week internship and experience becoming part of ONE EMBREY.

Are you enrolled at an accredited university with a designated degree program? Are you graduating in the next 12 to 24 months and have completed your sophomore or junior year? Are you ready for a challenge and to bring your skills and bright ideas to collaborate with our team members? If so, we are looking for you!

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a four-year degree related to the internship.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on detail and quality.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and/or in a team setting.

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM THIS EXPERIENCE?

As our 2024 Summer Class Intern, you will have an enriching and skill-building experience. Throughout our 10-week program, you will be assigned a special project and provide day-to-day support to the Field Construction team. You will be challenged with assignments relevant to Field Construction while having the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the daily operations of a vertically integrated Development, Construction, and Management company.

• Own a project from start to finish and present your findings to our Executive Leadership Team at the end of the program.
• Attend our intern kick-off and participate in many networking opportunities.
• Deepen your understanding of our business by participating in weekly lunch and learn sessions.
