Job Description
I am working with a long standing and growing P&C insurance carrier that are looking to add to their Field Claims team.
For this role you must have experience:
- handling homeowners Field Claims including water, fire, wind, hail etc.
- Estimating (Xactimate software experience is a plus)
- Traveling to site inspections
- Be located in the Baltimore, MD or DC area
The caseload in this position will comprise mostly of homeowners claims, with some exposure to farm/commercial agriculture claims.
The role is 100% remote with travel to the site of the claims, and the budget is attractive/flexible depending on years of experience.

Role & Responsibilities
Handle and process Field Claims related to Home Insurance.
Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, including gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, and inspecting properties.
Determine the coverage, validate claims, and negotiate settlements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively to resolve complex claims.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
